We Make in Goa is a free, independent platform that connects the people, organizations, spaces, and initiatives shaping Goa's creative economy.
We believe creativity extends beyond traditional creative professions. It includes anyone who is making, building, teaching, performing, growing, designing, crafting, cooking, documenting, researching, or creating new possibilities within their community.
The platform exists to make creative practice more visible, opportunities more accessible, and collaboration easier across disciplines and sectors.
Through a growing directory, opportunities board, and open calls platform, We Make in Goa helps people discover one another, share work, find collaborators, and participate in the cultural and creative life of the state.
Alongside the platform, We Make in Goa hosts programs and initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem through research, learning, storytelling, experimentation, and community building.
How it works
Anyone can submit a directory listing, opportunity, open call, event, or program through a public form. Participation is free and open to anyone contributing to Goa's creative economy.
Each submission is reviewed before publication to ensure it is relevant, authentic, and connected to the wider community.
We Make in Goa is built as shared infrastructure rather than a social network. There is no in-app messaging. Every listing includes a direct way to connect through email, social media, or a website, allowing relationships and collaborations to happen directly between people.
Programs
The platform is supported through a growing collection of programs that activate and sustain the ecosystem.
As the community grows, new programs will emerge in response to the needs and opportunities of Goa's creative economy.
